In short: We collect the details you choose to send through our growth-analysis form so we can review your request and contact you. We do not sell personal information for money.
1. Who we are
GlueYou is operated by Neurosia Limited, Business Registration No. 78674598. In this policy, “GlueYou,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Neurosia Limited.
For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@glueyou.com. Please make sure this inbox is monitored before submitting personal information.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a growth analysis, we collect your name, work email, website, business type, monthly marketing-spend range, the goals or challenges you describe, your consent to be contacted, and the time of submission.
Technical information
Our hosting, security and delivery providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referral source, and security logs. We use this information to operate, protect and troubleshoot the site.
Cookies and advertising technologies
We may use essential technologies required to operate the site. If we later enable analytics or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads tags, Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), or the Meta Pixel, we will update our consent controls and use those tools only as described here and where legally permitted. These providers may receive identifiers, device data, browsing events and conversion information. We do not intentionally send sensitive personal information or personal information in page URLs.
3. How we use information
- To review and respond to your growth-analysis or service request.
- To communicate with you about that request and related services you asked about.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the site.
- To measure site and campaign performance if measurement tools are enabled lawfully.
- To prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.
We do not add form submissions to a general marketing list unless you separately and clearly choose to receive marketing.
4. When we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the site, deliver messages, manage customer enquiries, provide security, or measure advertising. They may use information only to provide their contracted services. If enabled, advertising and analytics providers may include Google, Microsoft and Meta under their own terms and privacy notices.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or another organization involved in a merger, financing, reorganization or sale, when permitted or required by law.
5. Advertising choices
Where required, non-essential advertising or measurement tags will not activate until you provide consent. You can withdraw consent through the cookie or privacy controls presented on the site when those tools are active. You may also use provider controls such as Google My Ad Center, Microsoft advertising settings, and Meta ad preferences.
Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control will be honored where applicable law requires us to treat them as an opt-out request.
6. U.S. privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and appeal a denied request.
To exercise a right, email privacy@glueyou.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity and authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that constitutes “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable state law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out method before doing so.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. The period depends on the nature of the information and our legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
We are based in Hong Kong and may use providers in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
